We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are genuinely dissatisified with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 14 days to recieve a refund/exchange. I stand behind the quality of all my jewelry pieces, if your jewelry should break from normal wear, feel free to return it to me for repair. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is responsible by the buyer. I highly recommend insuring your return purchases. If you choose not to insure your return package, 4 Nomads will not be liable for loss or damage. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or if it is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly take prompt corrective action and arrange to have the item replaced. Credit refunds are made after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
Shipping:
Purchases shipped in the USA will be sent by STANDARD shipping methods. Orders shipped with Standard Service within the 48 contiguous states will arrive 3-6 business days after the order leaves our Connecticut warehouse. Rates are based on purchased amount. We only ship within the Continental US, and will not accept any international orders at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
